Calories, Pounds and Waists! Oh My!

Pin-up Body??? 
~Good Luck!
Hello Summer! We all see its coming, but i know that all i want to do it eat ice cream and watch myself some classic movies. We all know that that wont help my dream of having a pin-up girl body. So this is what i have done so far in preparation for summer, and I have seen results. 

General Tips:
  • Eat! but only when you need to ~ The idea is to eat 3 meals a day; breakfast, lunch and supper. ~ then 2 snacks; one after lunch and one before bed
  • Exercise! Cardio is the best thing for tiny waists. ~ strengthening you heart will result in loose of fat. 

Eating Philosophy:
W.W.M.E.? - What Would Marilyn Eat?
Marilyn is clearly the staples girl for the pin-ups body. So why not follow her dieting plan, well to an extent.
  • Protine
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Milk 
  • Water
Excersise Rutine:
 Monday~Workout Day~
  1. Curl Ups (x20)
  2. Leg Lifts (x30)
  3. Trunk Lifts (x10)
  4. Butt Clenches (x10)
  5. Push Ups (x15)
  6. Cardio
Tuesday~Cardio~

Wednesday~Workout Day~

Thursday~Cardio~

Friday~Workout Day~

Saturday~None~

Sunday~Cardio~
